Good to have skills: Stakeholder management with P&L responsibility, India Market consulting experience is mandatory
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of sales/ GTM experience for Auto OEM, Consumer Durables, and Farm Equipment companies as clients.
Educational Qualification: Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM)
Job Summary
As a Client Account Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, revenue expansion, and client value creation in the domestic India market. This role demands a strong ability to originate and structure deals, build long-term trust with C-suite executives, and position Accenture as a strategic partner for transformation and innovation. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, originate deals, and expand relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients in Auto OEM, Consumer Durables, and Farm Equipment sectors.
- Develop compelling proposals and sales presentations, clearly articulating Accenture's value proposition and ROI for client operations. Candidate should be able to own clients, drive revenue, and deliver engagements
- Build and sustain C-suite relationships, positioning Accenture as a trusted advisor for transformation and innovation agendas.
- Drive account growth and profitability, with full ownership of sales targets.
- Construct innovative deal solutions, leveraging Accenture's consulting and technology capabilities to differentiate in the market.
- Ensure robust delivery and consulting for seamless execution of client engagements and maximize client satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proven track record in sales and account management (12+ years), with demonstrated success in revenue growth and deal origination.
- Strong C-suite relationship management, with ability to influence executive decision-making and drive strategic partnerships.
- Consulting + sales expertise, preferably with domestic consulting experience in the India market across above industries.
- Commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, deal structuring, and innovative commercial pathways.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling persuasive client engagement and closing complex deals.
- Leadership and team management skills, with ability to inspire, guide, and deliver results through high-performing teams.
