Export Documentation & Logistics Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre & post shipment export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB Draft, DGD, COO, etc.
• Coordinate with Factory, CHA, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Transporters, and Customers for smooth shipment execution.
• Manage Air/Sea shipment bookings and negotiate freight rates with forwarders and shipping lines.
• Review SB/BOE Checklists, BL/AWB Drafts, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Handle hazardous cargo shipments with knowledge of DG documentation, Hazard Classes, and Packing Groups.
• Manage Insurance Certificates, courier shipments (DHL/FedEx), and LC shipments.
• Ensure compliance with SCOMET, Narcotics, DGFT, ICEGATE, HS Codes, RODTEP, and export/import regulations.
• Apply for Preferential & Non-Preferential COO and maintain shipment records including EGM & RODTEP status.
• Track shipments till final delivery and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Coordinate FCL transport/factory stuffing and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Work closely with logistics, finance, procurement, and internal teams for smooth operations.
