Role/ Job Title: Senior Associate – Trade Finance Operations
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations
Job Purpose: The incumbent in this role should be having working knowledge of A1 remittance & BOE process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Processing of Bill of Entry Updation or Settlements for Import Outward Remittances- Trade Finance such as Advance Import remittances, Direct Import Remittances, Import Collection Payments, Import LC Payments etc as laid down RBI circular and Internal policies.
Ensuring all transactions and Documents received from Importers comply with RBI, FEMA, IDPMS and Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML) regulations. Staying updated on trade finance regulations and guidelines.
Ensure all regulatory timelines are met for Bill of Entry Extension and regularization along with requisite documentation. Ensuring all requisite documentation are in place for Bill Of Entry/ ORM write off cases and relevant approvals as per RBI Circular and Internal policies are obtained.
Ensure the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the Regulatory guidelines.
Oversee quality initiatives across operations team for optimization of processes to improve TAT and upgradation of SLAs.
Manage and monitor business critical metrics and performance indicators by leveraging relevant dashboards and trade analytics.
Ensure best utilization of manpower resources
Settlement process in IEDPMS and TRRACS application
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience.
