Manage end-to-end import and export operations for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Global Logistics & Distribution teams to optimize supply chain processes.
Analyze operational performance and develop reports to measure and improve efficiency.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, including DGFT, Customs, Banking, Letter of Credit, and FEMA regulations.
Handle full import operations across air, sea, and courier modes, including pre-alert follow-ups, bill of entry approvals, duty payment coordination, and timely clearance.
Execute export and re-export operations, including document preparation, shipping bill filing, freight negotiation, EP release processing, drawback refunds, and accurate record-keeping.
Communicate effectively with sales teams, customers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders; prepare regulatory clarification letters as needed.
Perform independent analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
