Import & Export Executive

Manage end-to-end Import & Export operations for medical devices across air, sea, and courier modes.

Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, Banking, Letter of Credit, and FEMA regulations.

Coordinate with global logistics and distribution teams.

Prepare regulatory documents, shipping bills, and handle duty payments, EP release, and drawback refunds.

Analyze performance, prepare MIS reports, and proactively identify operational risks.

Communicate effectively with sales teams, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and customers regarding import/export procedures.
