Implementations Manager with Corporate Actions

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage training, user testing strategy, and reporting frameworks to support project requirements
• Collaborate with clients to plan, track, and execute all phases of testing, including issue triage and resolution tracking
• Evaluate defects versus change requests and ensure development focus remains aligned with priority milestones
• Define data integration mapping and configuration requirements for upstream and downstream systems
• Develop and execute migration and conversion strategies, including mock conversions and go-live activities
• Monitor and manage conversion runs, ensuring issues are tracked, resolved, and incorporated into subsequent cycles
• Oversee planning, governance, and delivery of implementation activities across all project phases
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and ensure timely mitigation and escalation
• Manage project environments, including runbooks, integrations, monitoring, and release coordination
• Ensure production readiness by coordinating checklists and stakeholder alignment for successful go-live delivery
• Manage day-to-day delivery of implementation resources and lead teams in a matrix environment
• Provide clear internal and client-facing reporting for governance and decision-making
• Work closely with stakeholders during mock conversions and production go-live weekends
