Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide development and enhancement support in a Java environment
Collaborate with SMEs, Business Analysts, developers, and users across the full SDLC lifecycle
Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and client discussions
Design and contribute to software architecture based on existing systems and client inputs
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
Provide regular status updates and act as a key point of contact for client communication
Support migration of legacy mainframe applications to modern distributed systems
Reverse engineer existing mainframe applications and transform them into scalable architectures
Develop solutions using modern technologies such as Java, Spring, Kafka, and SQL/DB2
