Required Skills:
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT (product-based)
- Minimum 5+ years of dedicated product-based IT Project Management experience
- Must have Product based IT company in software development environment experience
- Strong hands-on experience in software implementation projects
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering, Business or any relevant discipline
- Graduates with relevant Project Management + Travel Technology experience are acceptable
Core Project Management Skills (Mandatory – 5+ Years):
- IT Project Management (5+ years)
- Client, Product & Pre-Sales Exposure
- Client discovery phase and Requirement analysis
- Direct client-facing role with account management experience
- Software Implementation Projects (5+ years), including Client onboarding, System deployment, UAT coordination, Go-live and post-go-live support
- Project Management Tools Expertise in JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Risk Register, RAID Logs
- Stakeholder & Client Management - Direct client engagement, Stakeholder communication, Cross-functional coordination
- Documentation & Requirement Management - BRD, FRD, SRS, Requirement gathering, Change request management
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ideal and Strongly Preferred:
- Experience in Travel Technology / Tour Operations domain
- Exposure to external travel interfaces, including GDS, API integrations, Supplier connectivity and third-party systems

The ideal candidate should be strong in project coordination, client communication, The documentation, and delivery management, with hands-on experience using project management tools and methodologies. They must demonstrate stable career tenure, be able to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, and manage commercial aspects like project billing and forecasting. Local Goa candidates are preferred, while outstation profiles must be willing to relocate.
