Job Description:

  • Act as a strong functional lead for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) implementations and support engagements
  • Drive end-to-end solutioning based on client requirements and business processes
  • Manage client communications, expectations, and relationship throughout project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of C4C solutions
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional designs
  • Support configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support activities
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in SAP C4C processes and functionalities
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and support for change requests

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 810 years of overall experience with strong expertise in SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)
  • Proven experience in leading C4C solutioning and managing client engagements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong domain knowledge in customer engagement and CRM processes

Preferred:

  • Experience in the utilities sector is a strong advantage
