Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end client implementations of HighRadius Cloud products globally.
• Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
• Manage projects through all phases: Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare.
• Build strong client relationships and effectively manage client interactions, including conducting UAT and shadow sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical teams, and QA to meet agreed KPIs.
• Test end-to-end process flows, provide hands-on training, and validate value outcomes.
• Communicate project risks and updates to the Delivery Manager or Program Director.
