Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Conduct client consultations and explain suitable immigration pathways
- Assess client profiles for PR, work permits, and visa programs
- Recommend the most relevant immigration options based on eligibility
- Pitch services and convert leads into paying clients
- Follow up with prospects regularly to close sales
- Handle client objections and provide clear, realistic guidance
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
- Track and manage the sales pipeline (new, follow-up, closed, lost)
- Coordinate with documentation/processing team after conversion
- Ensure smooth handover of client files post-sale
- Maintain professional communication with clients at all stages
- Stay updated on immigration policies and program changes
- Use market updates to create urgency and improve conversions
