Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Immigration Consultant located in West Delhi.

·       Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our immigration services.

·       Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

·       Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

·       Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.

·       Schedule consultations or appointments with senior team members for qualified leads.

·       Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

·       Maintain professional communication standards and provide accurate information to clients.

·  Collaborate with the Immigration Manager to plan and execute outreach strategies

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and address inquiries professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Proven experience of 4-5 years in a business development or sales role is a strong advantage
• Same industry experience specially in Australian Immigration would be preferred.
