Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
