Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum across assigned grades, ensuring alignment to syllabus objectives and school-wide scope-and-sequence.
- Manage exam administration and Cambridge centre compliance: registrations, timetable coordination, coursework submission, and external examiner liaison.
- Design and conduct internal moderation, standardisation and quality assurance processes to maintain assessment integrity and improve grading reliability.
- Partner with teachers to map curriculum, design assessments, interpret results, and implement targeted interventions to raise student attainment.
- Maintain academic records and reporting using the school MIS; generate performance analytics and actionable insights for leadership and parents.
- Plan and deliver professional development and induction for IGCSE teachers; prepare for inspections and external audits.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Strong working knowledge of Cambridge IGCSE curriculum and assessment practices
- Experience in exam administration and Cambridge centre procedures
- Proven ability in internal moderation and assessment design
- Curriculum mapping and standards alignment
- School MIS proficiency (Arbor, SIMS, or equivalent)
- Data-driven student performance analysis
Preferred
- Cambridge professional development certification or Centre Leadership experience
- Prior experience in Indian international schools or multicampus coordination
- Familiarity with Google Workspace for Education / Microsoft Teams for classroom collaboration
