Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IELTS Trainer based in Ghaziabad. The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for conducting IELTS classes, preparing lesson plans, tracking student performance, and providing personalized feedback. Additional tasks may include preparing mock tests, developing learning materials, and assisting students in achieving their targeted IELTS band scores. The trainer will also facilitate interactive sessions to enhance speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient teaching skills in English grammar, vocabulary, and communication
• Experience in preparing lesson plans and conducting effective exam preparation sessions
• Strong listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills related to IELTS requirements
• Ability to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Understanding of examination structures and scoring criteria for IELTS
• Effective interpersonal and motivational skills to inspire students
• Prior experience as an IELTS Trainer or in teaching English as a second language is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
