Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Business Development Executive will manage outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, effectively communicate the value of the company's solutions, and handle customer inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, processing leads, delivering product information, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The specialist will also assist in coordinating and providing relevant training to clients as required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer support skills
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
• Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to convert leads into clients
• Ability to provide training and support to customers effectively
