Job description

• Offer creation submission to customer
• Technical Support meeting , Presentation to customer with Sales, competition mapping
• PO booking IG PO releasing to plant
• Tender Validation and compliance of technical specifications , Inquiry form to be sent to Plant (China and Mahape)
• Monthly Planning of Sales, Billing Collection activities and ensure its adherence.
• Co-ordinating with all internal stakeholders and partners as required
• Coordinate to arrange drawings from plant submission to customer.
• Inspection Dispatch (Arranging Logistic teams) , PI invoice arranging payment collection
