Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, standards-aligned English curriculum for Classes 6–8 under the ICSE board, fostering literacy, critical thinking, and creative expression.
- Design thematic lesson plans incorporating literature, grammar, writing, and speaking activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and differentiated instruction.
- Collaborate with the English department and school leadership to refine teaching strategies, resources, and syllabus delivery.
- Participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, creative writing workshops, and literary events to enrich student engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student behavior while adhering to school policies and ICSE guidelines.
