Role Description
Bodhira Beyond School is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher for a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. This role involves designing and implementing creative lesson plans, delivering engaging classroom sessions rooted in modern teaching methodologies, and fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for providing individualized attention to each child's needs, collaborating with colleagues to develop a dynamic curriculum, and building strong communication channels with parents and the school community.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten methodologies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for fostering creativity, confidence, and holistic development in young learners
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with innovative learning approaches like Montessori, Waldorf, or equivalent is an advantage
- Certification or training in child psychology or social-emotional learning methodologies is a plus
