Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) based in Jaipur. The TGT Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, instructing assigned subjects at an advanced level, and creating a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include assessing student performance, implementing best teaching practices, and fostering both intellectual and personal growth among students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and providing structured, engaging instruction.
• Experience in Education and Teaching, with a demonstrated ability to guide and inspire students.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Training methods to enhance student learning and development.
• A Graduate degree in a relevant subject with B.Ed. and a teaching certification or equivalent qualification are preferred.
• Passion for education and commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic classroom environment.
