IBM Sterling OMS

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Sterling OMS and eCommerce/ERP/CRM platforms.
• Work on Sterling OMS modules likeWeb SOM, Web COM, IV, and OMOCto manage inventory, order capture, and fulfillment processes.
• Develop solutions usingJava, XML, XSL, and SQLfor customizations and data transformations.
• Ensure real-time inventory accuracy and order visibility across all sales channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of OMS-related incidents and defects.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production deployments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working withIBM Sterling OMS.
• Strong hands-on experience withJava, XML, XSLT, and SQL.
• Experience with Sterling modules likeWeb SOM, Web COM, IV, and OMOC.
• Knowledge of order lifecycle, inventory visibility, and supply chain processes.
• Good understanding ofomni-channel retailor e-commerce ecosystems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with API integration and data mapping is a plus.
