Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and extend IBM Sterling Order Management and Fulfillment Solutions.
Integrate IBM Sterling solutions with external systems using SOAP web services (synchronous) and JMS Queues (asynchronous).
Provide hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling Global Inventory Visibility.
Develop custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and build Web Services.
Utilize XML and DOM parsers for development.
Build web applications and user interfaces using Eclipse RCP (SWT).
Develop Stored Procedures and SQL functions.
Manage version control using GIT.
Use issue tracking tools such as Jira for project management.
Perform application performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (Sterling 9.1).
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Fulfillment Solutions in design, configuration, product extensions, and integrations.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Global Inventory Visibility.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and building Web Services.
Minimum 2 years of development experience with XML and DOM parsers.
Minimum 5 years of development experience in building web applications.
Minimum 5 years of development experience in building UI using Eclipse RCP (SWT).
Experience Building Stored Procedures And SQL Functions.
Experience with distributed version control systems (GIT).
Experience with system integrations using JMS and web services (SOAP).
Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as Jira.
Strong understanding and experience in application performance tuning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
