Job Description

4+ years of strong, hands-on experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
Extensive experience in IBM ODM Rule Designer, Decision Center, and Decision Server
Strong expertise in authoring, managing, and deploying business rules
Experience developing RuleApps, RuleSets, and Decision Services
Hands-on experience with Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Rule Flows
Strong understanding of rule governance, versioning, lifecycle management, and approvals
Experience integrating ODM decision services with enterprise applications
Proficiency in rule testing, validation, performance tuning, and debugging
Experience in rule extraction and migration from legacy systems (if applicable)
Strong understanding of business rule modeling and separation of business logic from application code.
