SQL Database Developer

Vayuz Technologies is seeking an experienced and proactive SQL Database Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL, a deep understanding of stored procedures, and a proven ability to optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries. Key Responsibilities

• T-SQL & Stored Procedures: Develop, debug, and maintain complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures to support application functionalities.
• Efficient Querying: Write efficient and scalable SQL queries for complex datasets, ensuring optimal performance.
• Performance Tuning: Perform comprehensive database performance tuning and query optimization to enhance system responsiveness and efficiency.
• Requirement Translation: Analyze business requirements thoroughly and translate them into effective technical solutions using SQL.
• Data Integrity: Work collaboratively with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of data integrity and reliability.
• Technical Documentation: Write clear, concise, and thorough technical documentation for database designs, procedures, and solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve issues related to database performance or data anomalies, ensuring continuous operation.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in SQL joins, sub-queries, analytical functions, and pseudo columns.
• Strong ability to write and debug stored procedures and T-SQL.
• Deep understanding of query performance tuning techniques and their practical application.
• Proven experience in problem analysis and resolving complex database-level issues.
