Order & Business Operations Management
• Manage customer order lifecycle from receipt to closure including procurement of goods and services
• Handle contract, project, proposal, and quotation tracking in business systems
• Ensure timely material availability, receipts, invoicing, and order completion
• Coordinate shopping carts, SAP entries, and procurement activities
Data Management & Reporting
• Extract and analyze data from SAP, IFS, and other business systems
• Prepare and publish reports for regional and global stakeholders
• Maintain accurate status updates across projects and contracts
• Support data-driven decision-making through structured reporting
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
• Collaborate with regional, domestic, and global stakeholders for process execution
• Act as primary point of contact for internal customer queries
• Communicate effectively through emails, calls, and meetings
• Ensure timely updates and alignment across multiple teams
Compliance & Audit Support
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and compliance guidelines
• Support internal and external audits through documentation and reporting
• Participate in root cause analysis for process deviations
• Maintain confidentiality of commercial and financial data
