About the Role
This role is for an educator who can deliver high-quality learning outcomes across IBDP, MYP, and IGCSE programs in mathematics, English, or physics. You will support students through concept-driven instruction, strong academic guidance, and clear communication that helps them build mastery and confidence. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, concept-driven instruction in IBDP, MYP, or IGCSE mathematics, English, or physics, ensuring students understand core ideas rather than memorizing answers.
- Adapt lesson delivery to individual student needs so learning stays personalized, measurable, and aligned to the curriculum pathway each student is following.
- Use strong subject command and communication skills to explain complex topics in a way that is accurate, engaging, and easy for students to apply.
- Track student progress through feedback, assignment performance, and learning outcomes, then adjust instruction to close gaps and improve consistency.
- Maintain high teaching standards while working in a hybrid structure, balancing early on-site onboarding with effective remote delivery after the first month.
- Support academic confidence and exam readiness by helping students build structured thinking, stronger problem-solving habits, and better command of curriculum expectations.
Essential Skills
- Strong command of mathematics, English, or physics at IBDP, MYP, or IGCSE level, with the ability to teach concepts clearly and accurately across varying student needs.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, to explain lessons, give feedback, and build trust with students and internal teams.
- Familiarity with IB or Cambridge teaching approaches, assessment expectations, and curriculum structure, so instruction stays relevant and academically rigorous.
