Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Sales Engineer / Sales Executive based in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying and engaging new business opportunities, managing client accounts, delivering customized HVAC solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with engineering teams to develop proposals, assist in technical presentations, and support installation and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HVAC systems, including HVAC Engineering, HVAC Design, and a strong understanding of related principles
• Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to create and review technical designs
• Knowledge in Maintenance and Repair of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field
• Prior sales experience in the HVAC or related industry is highly desirable
• Familiarity with industrial vacuum systems and industrial coatings is a plus
