Your Role
As a Technical Sales Associate, you will contribute to business growth by:
- Developing new customer accounts in industrial, metal, and decorative coatings.
- Positioning TAG Chemicals as a reliable partner through consultative selling and solution-oriented engagement.
- Supporting market expansion initiatives and strengthening client relationships.
This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in coatings or related industries, who are eager to grow with a fast-evolving company.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers in industrial and decorative coatings.
- Technical Sales Support: Assist in product presentations, demonstrations, and trials at client sites.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic positioning.
- Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth coordination with technical service and logistics teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–3 years in technical sales/business development within coatings or related fields.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or MBA with sales specialization.
- Skills:
- Basic technical understanding of coatings and industrial applications.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and support team initiatives.
- Other:
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Preference for candidates based locally (Coimbatore/Chennai region).
