This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Human Resources Trainee. Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation and management of HR policies, employee benefits programs, and other personnel management activities. The Human Resources Trainee will support the daily HR operations and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth processes within the HR department, contributing to the development of a positive organizational culture and aligned workforce.

• Knowledge and understanding of core Human Resources (HR) practices and principles.
• Familiarity with HR Management, including talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
• Ability to implement and manage HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs effectively.
• Proficient in Personnel Management to ensure a well-functioning, collaborative workplace environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
