This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel matters. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and maintaining employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate or retail sector, is a plus
