Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Create and revise job descriptions and specifications based on organizational needs.
- Conduct thorough job and task analyses to define job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment materials across various channels such as job boards, newspapers, colleges, and social media platforms.
- Utilize databases, social media, and other resources to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of selection tools and methods to assess candidate suitability.
- Stay updated on HR recruiting best practices and implement them effectively.
- Generate and present recruitment reports to team managers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in recruitment, preferably in either an in-house or agency setting.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes including video interviewing, phone screening, and reference check
