Job Title: HR Recruiter

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Create and revise job descriptions and specifications based on organizational needs.
  • Conduct thorough job and task analyses to define job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment materials across various channels such as job boards, newspapers, colleges, and social media platforms.
  • Utilize databases, social media, and other resources to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Conduct interviews using a variety of selection tools and methods to assess candidate suitability.
  • Stay updated on HR recruiting best practices and implement them effectively.
  • Generate and present recruitment reports to team managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in recruitment, preferably in either an in-house or agency setting.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes including video interviewing, phone screening, and reference check
