Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
- Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining process
- HR Generalist Activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives
- Assist in performance management and appraisal cycles
- HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee data in HRMS (Zoho People or similar)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR reports and maintain databases
- Compliance & Exit Process
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law compliance
- Handle employee exit formalities including resignation, clearance, and F&F settlement
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain records
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition roles
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Location: Chennai (Work from office)
