Truelancer AI is looking for experienced HR professionals to demonstrate practical people operations and workforce management tasks.
Tasks You May Demonstrate
- Conducting workforce or compensation analysis.
- Developing an HR policy or employee operations workflow.
- Analysing recruitment metrics.
- Preparing a workforce planning or people analytics report.
Responsibilities
- Complete an HR-related task using relevant desktop software.
- Record your screen for 25–30 minutes.
- Explain your analytical approach, decisions, and recommendations.
- Demonstrate professional HR knowledge and problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant HR or people operations experience.
- Experience with Excel, HRIS platforms, recruitment systems, or workforce analytics tools.
- Access to a Mac with an Apple M-series chip or newer.
- Clear spoken English narration.
