Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Specialist Specially for Manufacturing Plant. The selected candidate will oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, coordinate recruitment, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities include tracking employee performance, administering benefits and compensation programs, providing support in training and development, and promoting a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR management and implementing HR policies
  • Must have previous HR experience in factory or manufacturing plant
  • Experience in employee benefits administration and personnel management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and organizational HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and related software
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or technology industries is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle diverse HR responsibilities effectively
