We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist based in India to provide high-quality remote HR support to our UK operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who understands UK employment practices, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a values-driven organisation where people truly matter.

The Role

Working remotely and closely with our UK leadership and people teams, you will provide end-to-end HR support, ensuring compliance, consistency and best practice across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day HR support to UK-based teams
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
• Assisting with employee relations matters in line with UK employment law
• Maintaining accurate HR records and systems
• Supporting performance management, policies and HR processes
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for HR queries

About You

• Proven experience in a Human Resources role
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR practices
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely with UK time zone overlap
• Professional, discreet and people-focused
