Job Description

Company Description Zype is a credit-led financial well-being and lifestyle app designed to help millennials afford aspirational lifestyles while making responsible financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Handle employee documentation and background verification (BGV) processes.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR-related events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, onboarding, documentation, and BGV.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
