Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and employee management while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR policies, compliance, and operational activities.
- Handle attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and company guidelines.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, employee data, and MIS reports.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and documentation.
- Good knowledge of attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
