Key Responsibilities:

Note: This role involves a balanced mix of responsibilities across Talent Acquisition (50%) and HR Operations (50%), requiring the candidate to effectively manage both recruitment and core HR operational processes.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance, exits).
• Maintain employee data, HRIS, and HR reports.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination.
• Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
• Drive HR initiatives, employee engagement, and training coordination.
• Address employee HR queries and support employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 610 years experience in HR operations/generalist role.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Strong communication and data management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
