Job Title: Sr HR - Admin & Legel

Experience: minimum 3 years

Salary package: 4.5 – 5 LPA

Job Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

1.HR Responsibilities:

• Coordination in recruitment and effective onboarding

• Sending offer letters and conducting onboarding introductions

• Maintaining records of employee attendance

• Handling disciplinary actions and employee grievances

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Planning and executing employee engagement activities

• Managing full and final settlements (F&F) and exit formalities

2.Admin Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily office management and facility upkeep

• Managing stationery, supplies, and inventory

• Coordinating with vendors for services and maintenance

• Handling travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and guests

• Managing and tracking office assets and equipment

• Supervising housekeeping and security services

• Supporting day-to-day activities and monitoring all critical administrative operations

3.Legal Responsibilities:

Franchise Onboarding Process:

• Initiating the franchise sign-up and payment process

• Collecting KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID/Driving License)

• Procuring stamp paper for agreement execution LL) approval

• GST Certificate, FSSAI Certificate, Water Connection Letter, SGA Form, Declaration Form, FMS Sheet Details

• Sharing completed documentation folders with respective internal departments

• Sharing daily legal status reports

• Sharing weekly legal summary reports

• Sharing monthly legal review reports

Closure Process:

• Submitting closure documents to Accounts Department for SD (Security Deposit) release.

4.Assistant to Managing Director:

• Planning and organizing monthly travel arrangements for the Managing Director

• Managing calendar and coordinating internal/external meetings

• Handling important documentation, reports, and communication on behalf of the MD Job Details

Qualification:

1.Candidate should be a Graduate / Postgraduate

2.Computer literacy is compulsory (Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
