About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our dynamic Human Resources team at Analytics Station. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing our talent acquisition processes, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training initiatives, and compliance activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for HR practices to contribute to a thriving organization. The HR Associate will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations, foster a positive work environment, and support the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

Candidate should possess one to two years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment. A strong foundation in HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively are essential. Familiarity with HR software and systems is required to streamline HR operations. A bachelor's degree or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with an understanding of national labor laws and regulations will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

The HR Associate will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks to support the HR function at Analytics Station:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify staffing needs across departments, develop effective recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, manage performance issues, and oversee disciplinary actions to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll processing and benefits programs, review and update compensation structures periodically to remain competitive in the market.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and professional growth, aligning training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and support managers and employees in achieving performance objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure organizational compliance with legal standards.
  • Administrative Work: Oversee office maintenance and requirements, coordinate staff travel arrangements including ticket bookings and hotel reservations, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
