As our HR Specialist, you will be the backbone of our Barnala store's operations. You will manage everything from the initial handshake with a new hire to ensuring our existing team is happy, compliant, and well-supported. You will work closely with store management to align our workforce with our business goals.

• Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle (sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding) for retail staff.
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and maintain a positive store culture.
• Payroll & Admin: Oversee daily attendance, leave management, and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Compliance: Ensure all store operations follow local labor laws and internal company policies.
• Performance: Assist in conducting performance reviews and coordinating training for new staff.

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Generalist, or similar role (Retail experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
• Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle confidential information.
• A people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
