Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Surat. The HR professional will be responsible for implementing and managing HR strategies, developing and enforcing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and managing personnel activities. The role will also involve supporting employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering an inclusive work environment. The HR specialist will collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and processes
- Proficiency in HR Management techniques and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits and addressing workplace needs
- Strong expertise in Personnel Management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex HR-related issues
- Knowledge of labor law and regulations applicable in the region
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; additional HR certifications are an advantage
