We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective management of human resources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development plans
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and company culture
- Ensure proper documentation of employee records and HR databases
- Support management in organizational planning and decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
