Quickeee is a fast-growing quick commerce platform delivering fashion and lifestyle products in 60 minutes. We are building a speed-first, operations-heavy business and are looking for an HR Manager to help scale our team and culture.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end hiring across operations, dark stores, corporate, and leadership roles
- Build and manage HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle
- Drive onboarding, training, and performance management systems
- Handle employee engagement and culture building initiatives
- Manage payroll, attendance, and compliance (labour laws, contracts, documentation)
- Work closely with founders and team leads on organizational structure and hiring plans
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in startups, e-commerce, or operations-heavy businesses
- Strong experience in bulk hiring + fast hiring cycles
- Good understanding of labour laws and compliance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
