Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources (HR) Operations Specialist. The HR Operations Specialist will handle day-to-day HR functions such as managing HR policies, ensuring employee relations, and driving operational efficiency in HR management. Responsibilities also include supporting the development, implementation, and improvement of HR procedures and operations to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR)
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Management
  • Familiarity with creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with HR systems and tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
