• Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction.
• Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
• Conduct HR connects, skip-level meetings, and feedback sessions.
• Track attendance, leaves, LOPs, and payroll inputs.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and R&R.
• Manage exit formalities, clearance, and exit interviews.
• Maintain employee files and statutory documentation.
• Support audits, compliance, and HR reporting.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources Management
• 5-10 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
