Your professional experience
Essential
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in Quality Assurance and testing, with a strong focus on SAP applications.
- Demonstrable experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting (RCM)
- Onboarding (ONB)
- Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Compensation (COMP)
- Succession & Development (SCD)
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they are supported by SAP SuccessFactors.
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to understand project scope and identify testing needs.
- Develop comprehensive test cases based on requirements.
- Design and execute various types of testing, including functional, regression & integration testing.
- Execute test cases, record results, and document defects accurately and thoroughly.
- Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Where applicable, contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Execute automated test suites and analyse results.
- A Bachelors degree
- Proficiency in executing tests, identifying defects, and managing them through to resolution using Azure DevOps
- Makes decisions on highly complex and ambiguous issues and provides directions to team(s)
- Works on and guides unique and highly complex assignments
Preferred
- Previous experience of automation using TOSCA
- A minimum of Level 2 certification in TOSCA
- Serves as a strategic advisor to management and senior leadership
- Works independently across multiple areas
- Regularly provides technical guidance to others
- In collaboration with management, directly contributes to development of innovations and the successful execution of visible, strategic assignments
