About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR operations. The ideal candidate should be strong in recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and day-to-day HR management within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee grievances, performance discussions, and conflict resolution
- Oversee attendance management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
- Support employee engagement activities and promote a positive work culture
- Coordinate exit interviews and manage the full & final settlement process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 24 years of experience in HR management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HRIS tools
- Prior experience in Retail, F&B, Cinema, or Entertainment industry is preferred
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Onsite
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Last Saturday off)
- Timings: 09:30 AM 06:30 PM
