As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Manager who can bring structure, culture, and people-first thinking to our expanding team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Manage HR policies, payroll, compliance, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through training, development, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals and long-term strategy.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal processes.
- Lead efforts to strengthen retention, motivation, and team well-being through innovative HR practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, Indian labor laws, and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
