Job Description

Position Summary

Lead the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration for the Noida manufacturing plant, ensuring effective people management, statutory compliance, and smooth site operations. The role partners with plant leadership and Group HR to align local HR practices with divisional strategies while managing payroll, employee relations, and general administrative services to support business performance and workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Partner with site and regional leadership to implement HR strategies and workforce plans.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for staff and operators.
  • Manage monthly payroll for employees and contractors; ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
  • Maintain harmonious employee relations; handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Drive performance management, learning, and talent development in alignment with Group HR programs.
  • Implement compensation and benefits policies and manage welfare and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy in Workday and local HR systems.

General Administration

  • Oversee all plant administrative operations, including facility upkeep, housekeeping, utilities, and repair
  • Manage security, transportation, canteen, pantry, and vendor contracts to ensure safety, service quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise office assets, stationery, travel, and guest arrangement.
  • Coordinate CSR, welfare, and employee events to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Ensure all admin and vendor operations comply with company and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 812 years HR and administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Office.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
